Due to the personalized and digital nature of our goods, we are generally not able to offer returns. For our personalized cards and letters, we are able to offer a refund up until the card or letter has been written and posted, so please contact us as soon as you are able if you have made a mistake.
If your refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. If that is not successful, contact your credit card company. Please remember that it may take several days for a transaction to be processed, and this is something we have no control over. Your patience is appreciated.
